Compliance with Rules and Regulations:

• Abide by the college’s rules and policies at all times.
• Demonstrate discipline and respectful behaviour on and off campus.

Attendance and Academic Duties:

• Ensure a minimum attendance of 75%.
• Complete all academic tasks, including projects and assignments, within the stipulated timeframe.

Restricted Activities on Campus:

• Avoid loitering or gathering in hallways, staircases, or other inappropriate areas of the campus.
• Attend classes regularly and avoid unexcused absences.

Procedure for Leave Applications:

• Submit leave applications, including for medical reasons, promptly.
• Obtain prior approval from the Head of Department (HOD) and assigned mentors.

Dress Code:

• Students must wear the prescribed uniform:

• • Boys: Sky-blue formal shirt tucked into navy blue trousers, accompanied by a  black formal shoes.
  • Girls: Light sky-blue formal shirt tucked into navy blue trousers, along with a  black formal shoes.

College Timings: 

Morning session:              9.00AM to 12.30 PM

Lunch break:                    12.30 PM to 1.30 PM

Afternoon Session:          1.30 PM to 4.00 PM

Maintaining Decorum:

• Uphold a quiet and respectful atmosphere in academic buildings.
• Refrain from disruptive behaviours such as shouting, whistling, or aimless wandering.

Promoting Inclusivity:

• Respect and value diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
• Avoid discriminatory or disruptive actions and ensure a welcoming environment for all.

Use of Study Spaces:

• Utilize designated areas like the library and computer labs for academic purposes.
• Avoid occupying staircases or other passageways, ensuring unimpeded movement.

Campus Hygiene:

• Keep the campus clean and tidy.
• Dispose of waste in the designated bins provided across the premises.

Prohibited Substances:

• The possession or consumption of intoxicants, drugs, or other prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
• Smoking, chewing tobacco, or using gum and pan masala on campus is not allowed.

Approval for Collections:

• Collecting funds or resources without prior approval from the Department Head is prohibited.

Anti-Ragging Commitment:

• The college maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards ragging in any form.

Care for College Property:

• Treat all college property, including furniture and equipment, with care.

Ban on Political Activities:

• Engaging in political activities, unauthorized meetings, processions, or fund collections on campus is prohibited.

Enforcement of Rules:

• Any violation of rules or misconduct contrary to the institution’s values will attract disciplinary actions, including warnings, fines, or meetings with parents, as deemed necessary by the authorities.
