Prof. B.S.N. Raju is a dedicated and visionary academic leader, committed to shaping the future of educational institutions and ensuring their success. As the Principal of the School of Management Studies since 2017, he plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between academia, industry and the community, driving development strategies that enhance both institutional reputation and student career readiness.

Having joined the institution in 1997 as an Assistant Professor, Prof. Raju’s extensive career reflects his deep passion for academic excellence and research. He holds  MBA from Pondicherry University and  M.Com from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. His academic journey further led him to pursue an M.Phil and Ph.D. from Andhra University, where he focused on research in the fields of Human Resource Management, Finance, and Industrial Relations.

With over 25 years of research experience, Prof. Raju has made significant contributions to national and international academic communities. He has published numerous articles in esteemed journals and has served as a reviewer for several national and international journals. His guidance and mentorship have been invaluable to four research scholars currently pursuing their Ph.Ds. under his supervision.
