The school of Management studies was established in the year 1994 with an intake of 30. It was the first college to start MBA course in Vizianagaram district. It has been one of the very few colleges offering MBA course with Andhra University Curriculum and affiliation. Andhra University is the first University in India to start a Management course at post graduate college way back in the year 1957.School of Management Studies is one of the oldest stand alone colleges offering MBA in the North Coastal Andhra Pradesh. The faculty has been the core competence for the college having a rich teaching and research experience. The college has been consistently assisting students in providing quality placements and encouraging students in career advancement through a separate training and placement cell..
